The cart menu was developed by Executive Head Chef and co-founder Sayan Promwongsa around rare and seasonal dishes, plus cart specials like Hainanese Chicken & Rice (Khao Man Gai), Thai Katsu Chicken, and Crispy Pork. Every signature dish comes with your choice of a free side: veggie spring roll, chicken potsticker, fried tofu, chicken satay, or green salad.
BG Food Cartel pairs the carts with a speakeasy bar, indoor and outdoor seating, rotating taps, and a 150-person event venue — grab a tray, find a picnic table, and stay a while. Regulars know the cart for its chicken satay, chicken larb, tom kha, drunken noodles, curries, and pad thai.
